Great service
Unsatisfied, disappointed and reported to insurance company. Screws NOT replaced, non matching parts installed on car. They replaced lights on passenger side, cover left sitting in place and NOT locked in, literally loose sitting on on its housing. Boils in paint job, their snow brush belonging to them in back seat. Other issues, not significant, however concerning. Wrong parts ordered which delated process. Communication issues between insurance company, business and client. Please do better, there was NO issues submitting and receiving payment. DO BETTER CAR STAR, there must be an oversee individual to ensure these situations are ironed out. No one is perfect, however these issues shouldn't be this bad. People please do your research before choosing which company you choise to repair your vehicles. Insurance companies MUST do follow-ups with client for an honest opinion on the service they receive.
