I honestly never write reviews but this has to be known so other customers dont get scammed as well.

Long story short, i was on a trip and had to replace my spark plugs and coil pack. I trusted the shop as the owner seemed very friendly and helpful, however it was a big mistake. I already told him I had a European car and asked if they had experience working on them and he said yes with confidence.

I gave them my car to do oil change, spark plug and coil pack change. The car came back needing O2 sensor replacement which i did not understand why at the time but I spent over $3k because i had no other options. He was trying to convince me to replace my catalytic converters too. I went to them like 3-4 times because every time i picked up the car it was misfiring. Finally after the last time the car drove okay. After getting back from my trip I redid the work myself and they were all installed incorrectly. They didn’t do the original spark plug and coil pack install correctly at all, which caused the car to misfire still, and the owner was telling me i need catalytic converter replacement to fix this issue which is crazy!!

Attached is picture of the coil pack that i had to take out using a screw because they used a cheap no brand coil pack, when he told me he ordered an original one and it took an extra day. They lack knowledge and the tools for proper installs. Even when i picked up my car he said for cyl 5 spark plug they had to “make a tool” for it. Like no, a tool already exists that does the job correctly.

If this wasn’t bad, after checking my dashcam footage i find that his mechanic technician took my car for a hard test drive as well as picking up his girlfriend for a ride. Extremely unacceptable for a shop. A test drive that the second technician did was normal, but that initial one is unacceptable while the car was still not running right.

Please use my experience as a out of province tourist seriously and avoid this shop at all costs.

Great service, friendly and polite staff.

The best go to place if your car is faulty.
Very knowledgeable and good human relations.

Went in for on oil change, left with a good sized scrape on my car. 10/10 don't recommend
