Once your his customer and drive off with your new ride, the customer service doesn’t end there. He is always available if you need any help with anything or questions. I’m happy to update my original one-star review to five stars now that my truck has been repaired and returned to me.<br><br>The managers took the situation seriously and worked quickly to turn the experience around. I especially want to recognize the mechanic who stayed after hours to complete the repair and get my truck back on the road.<br><br>Although the way things unfolded at the beginning was frustrating, I genuinely appreciate the effort, response, and level of service provided in the end. Thank you to the management team and the mechanic for making it right.

My son bought a 2019 ram back a few years ago .. on no fault of twin motors it had paint problems from the factory.. first time Chrysler covered it no problem .. it happened again and as I said it was a factory defect with painting at factory .. Chrysler said truck was to old even though they know of the issue with many vehicles .. thanks to Luke , Davide , and Brett they got some help for my son .. unfortunately me being me I had argued and said things in a manner that wasn’t needed .. they still were professional enough to help .. so for that I say thank you for helping my son since it’s his first truck and he loves it ..
