Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect from staff at Napa auto parts. Specifically the owner Darren.<br>As we used to deal with them for many years until recently switching to 1 Stop Auto Parts.<br>They’ve refused us warranty on parts that are supposed life time warranty only because we use a different supplier. We do the best for our customers, and it seems like this business does the exact opposite.<br>Anybody who uses Napa auto parts should beware on how they get treated when they no longer deal with Napa on a regular basis.
Good customer service and reliable
Every visit is met with the upmost professionalism and some fun and humour mixed in. If the parts aren’t on hand they’re usually a day away and every effort is made by staff to get them. They’ve been a great help to my new mobile repair business
