This is the quintessential auto parts place. Fully geared to help both consumers and professionals, their local warehouse is huge and the people are friendly and very helpful.

Someone left a review stating you wasted their time 8 months ago by having the wrong hours on Google maps and the Napa website, and you still haven't fixed it. I just wasted a bunch of time for the same reason, so I canceled my order and bought the part from Autozone. At least they're open.

I purchased rotors for Honda clarity from this vendor. I verified with their chat service online that it fits my make, model, year. I drove 15 mins to pick up the part. I took the tire off, the brake pads only to find out that the holes don’t match the bolts of my car. I drove another 15 mins to return the parts. The sale associate accused me that I did not verify with them upon picking up the item. He did not show concern or cared about my wasted time. I will never be back to this store again.
