Great at service and pricing<br>I got my water pump replaced on road over weekend in Illinois I got it replaced within hours.<br>They took care of returning parts that weren’t not required to be replaced and took back part core as well.<br>Thank you guys for such a great service in short time.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star)<br><br>One of the worst service experiences I’ve had in over 12 years as a professional truck driver.<br><br>I called this company to replace two drive axle tires on my semi truck. They arrived around 11:00 PM, and by 5:00 AM they still had not completed what should have been a straightforward tire replacement.<br><br>Their level of equipment and professionalism was shocking. Instead of using proper shop equipment, they attempted to use my truck’s air compressor to perform the job. Even worse, they left the wheel lug nuts without being properly torqued, creating a serious safety hazard.<br><br>If I hadn’t inspected their work and questioned it, I could have driven away with improperly tightened wheels, putting my life and everyone else on the road at risk. That is completely unacceptable.<br><br>To make matters worse, they asked me to leave the original service location and drive to their shop so they could finish the job. When I got there, I found out that their own air compressor wasn’t working either. They simply did not have the equipment necessary to complete the repair correctly.<br><br>Throughout the entire experience, they demonstrated a complete lack of preparation, organization, and concern for customer safety. They wasted nearly six hours of my time and still failed to properly complete a basic tire replacement.<br><br>I absolutely do not recommend this company. If you value your safety, your time, and quality workmanship, stay away from Big Rig Diesel Truck & Trailer Repair. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing nights I’ve experienced in my entire trucking career.

As the last guy reported. Lacked the knowledge, desire, basic mechanics of wanting to fix problems. I do not recommend and if you can please please find anybody else. This is a warning and lesson learned on my part. Don't make the mistake I did.
