My heat shield on 2014 Focus came loose causing it to rattle and protrude under the car. It was a matter of time before a speed bump catches it causing more damage. Stopped off at Julie’s to make an appointment and they were able to slip me in to take a look at what was causing the issue. Turned out, two retaining clips were needed which they installed at no charge!
They have earned me as a future customer.

Very honest dealer. Went in with a tire problem and they spent time checking my tire and figured out I have warranty on them which I dint realize. They did all the talking to the tire dealer I bought it from and suggested how to get it fixed. After all that, these guys did not charge me anything. Very professional and honest.
