Very disappointed. I purchased a spare remote for my car on their instruction for a starter install. Then, when I went for the install, they did not know how to get it done and I was left holding the bag having spent almost a grand with nothing to show for it. They said they would figure it out and get back to me. I’ve followed up and was told the same thing again. Never received a follow up…

Disappointed to say the least. Asked to install a dash cam, been 4 weeks now of just back and forth. Over booked me. Now not replying. I understand a busy schedule but at this point I won’t be going back unfortunately.
