Amazing work, definitely worth supporting!

Booking a date for tire installation wasn’t too long and the quoted price was excellent.

I brought my wife's car to Done Rite last May to have the tires switched. Once the work was completed I witnessed the technician racing up the road and back which apparently is what they do once the tires are changed from winter to summer.
After receiving the car back the transmission was hesitating / slipping not the way it ran prior to dropping it off.
My wife left a similar review and one of the managers asked us to bring it in to have a look, after looking over the car I was told that there were a few things wrong which could not have been the result of their technician's disregard for my wife's car while driving it and anyway they did not work on this particular type of car.
We reviewed the car's owner manual which clearly states that if the engine is cold, do not place full load on the engine otherwise there could be damage to the drivetrain.
We have put $1,000 of repairs into the car without success and have now purchased a new used transmission for $500 plus the $ cost of having it replace the original transmission which only had 80k.
Needless to say we are very frustrated and upset to continue to pour money into a car that should not have had any issues for a simple tire change.

Had a blowout tire on vacation in Grand Marias, Minnesota. Couldn’t find the right size tire there, so we were planning on going to Thunder Bay for the day and just got our tire changed here. Very kind and helpful and appreciative the had a tire that worked for my vehicle. Highly recommend!
