Went in for an alignment, first attempt didnt work, second attempt booked for next day, take off work, show up, wait 40 mins to be told they overbooked and come back following week. No apologies, no compensation, car returned for 3rd attempt, told it was perf, drove away,car wheel is still out. 170$ for that quality. Then to hear staff comment about how business around the city has declined, i thought yhat was rich👌 staff was nice mostly, but niceness doesnt do anything, i'd rather have no humor but does mint work. Should atleast honer it, as a business that should bother midas. Ohwell.

Amazing customer service

I was driving from winnipeg to Ottawa and drove into Thunderbay to get gas and as I turned into the gas station my car dipped into a deep pothole and scraped the bottom of my car. When I got out of the pothole some of the undercarriage was dragging on the ground. I quickly looked up “car repair near me” and Midas was identified as close. It was Friday afternoon. I called but they said they were all booked and recommended the name of another place. I was so close I just asked if I could just stop for them to take a look. Just to assess if the car would be safe to drive. They put it up on the hoist, identified the problem, made a temporary fix that could get me on my way safely. I was soooooo grateful. Everybody was kind and professional and in the end they even refused payment. If you need service for your car - get it at Midas!

Great service at fair prices! These guys fixed my botched DIY brake job and got rid of annoying squeaks from my front brakes.

Wow. Hats off to the whole team. We called in a pinch on a Saturday, 17 hours from home and Mike and the team worked to fit us in on a very busy day. Although they could not permanently fix our issue through no fault of their own, they provided outstanding service. Highly recommend! We picked up the truck during a hail storm.
