Thanoj provided excellent service during my oil change. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The service was quick, and I had a great experience overall.

Ekow is the best

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to Mr. Lube for a tire puncture repair.

I arrived at approximately 4:05 PM and initially waited in line before being instructed to park in a designated parking spot while my tire was repaired. The tire was taken into the service area, but the repair process took much longer than expected.

At around 5:00 PM, I asked about the status of the repair and was told that it would take another 20 minutes. However, the work was not completed until approximately 5:35 PM. For what I understood to be a simple tire puncture repair, this delay was very frustrating and unreasonable.

In addition to the long wait, I had an unpleasant interaction with one of the staff members. When I spoke with him, he was rude and unprofessional in his manner. His attitude was disappointing and did not reflect the level of customer service I expected.

This was one of the most disappointing service experiences I have had. The excessive wait time, lack of clear communication, and poor customer service left me extremely dissatisfied 👎.

As a result of this experience, I do not plan to return for any future services.

I visited Mr. Lube for a punchure. I was impresed by the great service provided by Ekow. He was gentle, frienly and efficient. I thought I had to buy a new tire buy he fixed my tire. I saved a lot of money because of His great service.
