Had an appointment May 16th,2025 for Krown Rust proofing. Arrived early and they took me early and they finished under 1 hr which they said it would take, so was pleased. Cannot book rust proofing online at Thunder Bay location so it has to be done over the phone. On the Krown website they gave me a welcome coupon code for $10 off which Thunder Bay would not honor saying this was at some other Krown location and not the Thunder Bay one. I emailed Krown about this and they insisted that it should have been honored and gave me an electronic gift card for $25 for my inconvenience. We will see if Thunder Bay Krown honors this when I visit them next year for my rust proofing.
They did a superior job rustproofing my new truck - did not skimp on product and were very thorough in coating the frame and underbody. Thank you.
