Had a tire issue after having my winters put on at the dealership. Losing air out the gate, they continued to tell me how busy they were and couldn't accommodate me. After putting air into my tire daily and reaching up to twice a day after a week, I called D&M. The guy on the phone said, yeah we can help you out, bring it in. 50 minutes later, my tire was fixed. Extremely amazing customer service, quick and super helpful. Thank you D&M. I will be back and will recommend to others.
These guys were awesome! Had an issue with my 2017 rav 4 and these guys had it fixed and on my way within an hour even though they were busy today! Great service guys!!!
Truck broke down in Real Canadian Superstore parking lot. Contacted Jason at D&M and told him about our dilema and to see if he could squeeze us in since we were from out of town. He was very accomodating and agreed to check the vehicle the next morning. CAA was able to tow truck to his shop that evening. By 13:15 the next day truck was ready. They had replaced a faulty module and the truck was up and running. I started the truck and noticed that the check engine light had come on again. Jason put the scanner on and reported that the fuel pump was acting up. I asked him if I could make it back home safely and he advised me not to shut off the engine. We traveled back three hours to our hometown with no more issues. We can now rest easy thanks to Jason and his team while we await the repairs to the fuel pump.
