We were going home from a fishing trip, with an 8-hour drive ahead and noticed a vibration in the front end, which turned out to be 2 snapped bolts. Joe not only got some replacements quickly, and with a friendly smile, but he got me in touch with a mechanic in town that got us in right away. They assessed the repair required and noted that new rotors were also needed. We went back to see Joe and he hooked us up with everything we needed at a great price!
