Canadian Tire

So I walked from schumacher to Canadian tire with my laptop in my backpack. When I got there, I asked for help because I'm hard of seeing. I was threatened for not putting my bag at the front so it'll be easily accessible for an opportunistic thief. I was assumed guilty by a corporation before proven. That's wrong. It took over 15mins of wandering until a nice lady helped me find what I was looking for. Screw that guy who just walked away from me for protecting my stuff.

I lost a winter coat in the middle of winter to thieves due to starting a nightshift. your corporate rules mean nothing to me when it comes to keeping MY stuff safe. Fix your security, people are expected to bring their own bags, fools.

Used to love coming here, I even worked here for awhile. But lately the customer service is just going done hill from workers not knowing what tools are to not having filters for a new jeep. Today was the last straw when my wife broke a vase in the parking lot by accident. She tried calling the desk but was left on hold for over 5 mins finally going in to just have a broom shoved in her face.

I visited the Timmins Canadian Tire store on June 20th 2026 at around 2:30pm. I spotted a plastic container for $5.99, went to cash and it was charging to $20. I asked the employee to go and check and the employee went and put the other price tag to the product, which was not there in the first place and disappeared. We called for duty Manager and the lady showed up saying I am on lunch break and didn't even bother to check in the issue. Walked away without even trying to help. This is the worst experience I had at Canadian Tire in years. Truely disappointed.

Okay. The manager in the auto shop is actually a good guy. Means good yo help you out and not over spend for no reason. Thank you sir.

Staff can be hard to find sometimes but always clean and well stocked.
