I’m not sure what the point is of having a 24/7 tow truck service when you can’t even be bothered to tow someone. When I called, it sounded like I just woke someone up. When I asked about the availability of a tow truck, I was told no, not right now. Didn’t even say if one could become available. It was just a no. So then I asked if there was anyone else that they knew of I could call as the person I was calling for was stranded on the highway. All the guy said was no. I’m sorry to have disturbed your sleep sir. But if you advertise 24/7 assistance, then 24/7 assistance should be provided. He spoke a total of 4 words to me. 5 if you include “hello”.
They broke my fender removing my truck from their bed. These guys dont even know to use their own equipment. Do not use these guys.
I was having problem in front driver side shock absorber of 2009 Corolla. So I went there two weeks ago to get it changed and for engine oil. I had to leave my car there because I had to go on work. I came back to pick up my car and paid the bill. Few days after I was checking my bill I noticed that they charged me for 2 hours labor jus only for one side shock absorber. Engine oil change price was fixed ($110). Shock absorber was a complete assembly strut (no need to disassemble the old strut for its spring and put it on new one) which was around $250 from parts source. I went to there shop and ask them for 2 hours labor, they said their system shows 2 hours for this work. They jus calculated my fare according to their system but not according to how long my car was in their shop. I told them, it's only one hour of work. I know it because I got changed passenger side strut from other mechanics and he charged me only for an hour. But this shop didn't care about it. My fault is, I wasn't there during my car getting fixed and they took advantage of this and looted me by charging me extra an hour labor. For more confirmation, I asked some other mechanic shops for shock absorber work, they said it depends on what car you have and when I told them I have corolla 2009, everyone said not more than an hour but they will charge me for one hour. In the end, they are jus looting that customers whoever leave their cars and pick em up after. They are not trust worthy in this case. In addition, if you don't have choice but this shop then I would suggest everyone, stay in shop during your car in their garage and note the time for, how long you car been in there and tell them duration at time of pay otherwise they will calculate you invoice according to their system which is jus only made for scamming.
Thank you and be careful
