I had a 5 star review because the work they did and there price was good you were able to buy parts and they would replace them no problem I used to drive 3.5 hours to get parts replaced and a general inspection to see what else needed done for those reason i also told people to go here cause they were good but they stopped putting in parts you already bought and they want to buy the parts but its the most expensive parts so I decided to change my review last time I was in it was to check my rear air bags and that was over $500 to look at and tell me i have a leak in 1 air bag and they found an air bag replacement for $1200 and i told them i found 1 for just under $200 and that was when I found out they dont put parts in from customers so I went somewhere else with no problem I wasnt about to pay way more then I had to I could have replaced my whole air ride suspension with a conversation kit and have normal suspension for just a bit more then $1200 but this was about a year ago so I thought maybe it was just a one off but today when i called to get a general inspection and 1 caliper rotor and pads replaced cause I couldn't break the bolt and they said they dont put parts in from customers anymore so it wasnt a one off and with the price of everything im not paying more for parts when i can get the same parts for way cheaper and nobody else has a problem putting in parts from customers so when i finally bought the conversation kit for my suspension jbird had no problem putting it in dodge told me to go there and before that dodge put my replacement air bag in when expertech wouldn't and Kal tire is going to do my caliper rotor and pads with no problem bring my parts in so as far as I know expertech is the only place that doesnt let you bring parts in
