I'm here to weave a (very true) tale that involves Alex and A&I Automotive. We drove up to Toronto from the states for work. On our way through West PA, we collided with a deer (RIP sweet creature) that left our car in a wobbly state. Once in Canada, we realized that our coolant was leaking and took our car to A&I. Alex was so incredibly kind, generous and helpful. We were able to order the part we needed based on his advice and he did the repair free of cost (!!! IN THIS ECONOMY?). My partner and I were able to safely take our 10 hour trek home without worrying about our safety. In these dark times, I needed this bit of faith in humanity restored. From now on, I'll be driving 10 hours to get my oil changed at A&I (i wish). My loyalty runs deep. Highly reccommmend.
Alex is honest, conscientious, open and friendly... Extremely rare qualities in auto mechanics.<br><br>He'll inspect every car that comes as if it was up for a safety inspection and recommend all the items that need to be addressed.<br><br>I recently went for the first time, but I suspect that I will be coming back for all my car maintenance and repair needs.<br><br>UPDATE: Been going to alex for a number of years with 4 different cars now and he never fails to live up to expectations. The fact that he's got only one 1-star review and the rest 5-stars tells you everything you need to know about him.
They were able to find and fix my problem quickly, I got lucky and got the same day repair. Professional team. It's a small location so best to park across the street in the Walmart parking lot
