ROB - needs a raise, recognition and promotion ...seriously :) I have nothing but exceptional things to say about this mechanic shop. Once you are open to their limited availability because they are a smaller shop in high demand ...trust me ...just wait ... Worth it. I got my bike fixed there thru insurance a few years ago and kept them in the back of my mind. Fast forward to today, and long story short, I'm getting a new engine under warranty put into my car because they took the time effort and energy to coach me and put me in the right direction as to the way things are done. They didn't have to spend time on the phone, they could have told me to kick rocks. But they didn't. And for all that they earned a customer for life. I can't thank you guys enough, and I can't recommend you guys enough.<br>Thank you again for your time, effort and energy that you didnt have to spend on my situation.

After having a bad experience at another shop and being new to the city, I started bringing my 2008 Hyundai Accent here about three years ago, and they’ve earned my trust. Chris has built an honest shop, and Rob is always friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.<br><br>I know my car is almost 20 years old, and with a vehicle like that there are often hidden issues once the work begins—rust, seized parts, worn components, and all the little surprises that come with age. What I’ve appreciated most is that they never treated my car like it wasn’t worth fixing. Instead, they’ve always taken the time to find practical solutions and do everything they reasonably can to keep it safely on the road.<br><br>Over the years I’ve come back because they’ve earned my trust. They’ve been honest about what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and they’ve always tried to help me get the most life possible out of an older vehicle without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs.<br><br>If you’re looking for a shop that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work, I’d definitely recommend them.
