What an experience. Been a client for parts for years now. But the service and attention provided today was excellent. Thank you Ai, for providing a thorough inspection but also a service only seen from old school mechanics and technicians. Very understanding, listened to symptoms i was experiencing and looked thoroughly at possible causes. Determined several causes of issue and got the fixes done in a timely manner. Price was fair, saved over 1k from quote at another car repair facility and at the end the fix resolved my issues. Yes, there are younger mechanics entering the business, new techs to deal with but at the end you are dealing with people who only want to make sure their ride is safe and priced fairly. As a family man who relies on our van and its safe operation to transport my family, its worth saying there are still good people out there who are still looking to help the average person.
