This is the sequel to my Parkview BMW disaster (check their Google Review for that scam-fest). After Parkviewâs mileage lies, warranty dodging, and tire insurance fraud, I switched to BMW Toronto, hoping for better. Spoiler: itâs owned by the same crooked parent company, The Quinn Group, and the scams got worse. Right away, they claimed my tires were âworn outâ after three months of barely driving (thanks to Parkviewâs unfixed brake and suspension issues). Their tire insurance wouldnât cover itâclear collusion to bleed me dry.

I left my car for three months, taking a downgraded loaner to save mileage, hoping for a lease refund or buyout. No refund, just more chaos. When I got my car back, the stance was way offâwheel gap so huge it looked like a monster truck. Mileage was suspiciously high; did they race it? The head mechanic gaslit me, saying it was fine. I was ready to lose it. It took months and a BMW spec sheet from a third-party specialist to prove the ride height was 2 inches above factory. Reported it to BMW Canada, andâsurpriseâthe online spec sheet vanished, likely to dodge my lawsuit threat. Sorry, third-party shops, I stirred the pot.

Under the car, I found they swapped my adaptive suspension for a cheap, used aftermarket one that rides like garbage and looks like junkyard scrap. Iâm 100% sure, just need a specialist to confirm before the legal statutory limit. Theyâre stalling, but the limit doesnât start until inspection, so Iâm taking my time. BMW Toronto and The Quinn Group are a lawsuit-ridden scam machineâcheck their history. This is the worst experience of my life, but Iâm not backing down. The truth wins, and Iâm coming for you. Avoid this fraud factory. -5 stars if I could.
The customer representative was excellent with some good mechanical advice.
However, the office recommended using BMW roadside assistance for a tow. I called the number supplied and prepaid for service. Shortly (1/2 hr) after I called for the tow - the car started and I drove it to the dealership. Hence, I immediately cancelled my towing service. However, they still charged me $200 without providing any assistance. It pisses me off that my service costed over $7,000 and they charged me $200. Poor BMW policy.
Straight forward and truly honest people . I had the pleasure of dealing with Sherry , their service advisor and she was amazing from the jump ! Kept me updated the whole time and was super patient with me . If you want to get your bmw serviced and or fixed the right way, I highly recommend you check sunlight bmw . Also special thanks to Rizwan, one of their managers for helping me along the way too . Thanks again guys !
I equate having to take my vehicle in for service to going to the dentist for root canal. I know, life is full of hiccups and challenges but the automotive service industry seems to create more than they solve (in my many years of vehicle ownership). There are rarely, if any, "good" surprises when your car needs a mechanic. But I'm here to tell you, after various "scheduled" visits for various repairs and tune ups over the years, this place gets it right. We dealt with Ishmil, Ali and Max within the last week here, and we were extremely impressed with how each challenge was handled. Anyone can manage a smooth day - it's how you handle things when it's not so smooth - these three know how to keep things on the right track through thick and thin. I highly recommend this dealership and it's service crew - we will be back.
