I called Central Import 24 hours before a long road trip because my check engine light came on with a "drivetrain malfunction, transmission service required" warning. Terry told me to bring it right in, no hesitation.<br><br>A couple of hours later he called back. Everything checked out fine, safe to drive, no charge. On top of that, they washed the car before handing it back.<br><br>I've never had an experience like this at a garage. No upselling, no manufactured problem, just an honest check and genuine care about getting me on the road safely. Terry and the team at Central Import have earned a customer for life.
