Called 1 week before for appointment. Got told Wednesday next week. Called Wednesday, got given 3:30 PM. 30 mins drive from my place. Left at 3 PM, reached 3:30 PM, no communication/greeting for at least 15 mins. Got told I have to wait for other walk-in customer’s cars to finish. No biggie. Waited till 4:30 PM. Was not given any updates whatsoever. Mannuel seems to only entertain people he knows better than anyone else. Typical south European treatment towards customers.<br><br>Another customer’s car that was parked beside the garage door in-front of another business was taken inside the garage. It was parked there for at least 30 mins while I was waiting for my appointment. To be mindful of spaces, I switched my car from street parking to this same spot. Immediately I was told that this is neighbour’s spot and I was asked to move my car back to street parking. No bigge. I get into my car in order to move it on the street and Mannuel comes to me and tells me that he is going to make me do the oil change on my own because I have the car turned on and it is heating up the oil and that he is not gonna do my oil change. I tried explaining him that I was asked to move the car by his mechanic and I am in a max 2 min process of it. He didn’t listen to me and went on a test drive for another car that came after me. At this point I left after all the racism and mistreatment faced.<br><br>Overall I booked an appointment to waste 2 hours of my day and no work done.
