Dave or david I don’t know is Aggressive and disrespectful human. avoid this shop at all cost!!!

If I could give this shop ZERO stars, I would. The owner Dave is absolutely horrible, unprofessional and utterly disrespectful. My mother-in-law took her car to him based on a referral. He claimed she wasn't one of "his customers" and proceeded to belittle her and chastise her for what he deemed to be "a waste of his time" to fix. At the end of the day, he didn't end up fixing anything yet still charged her over $300 for work he didn't do. Please spare yourself the trouble and do not bring your vehicle to this shop.

⚠️ Avoid this shop and owner! ⚠️<br><br>What should have been a simple repair turned into one of the most hostile customer service experiences I have ever encountered. After my mother's vehicle was towed to the shop, we repeatedly tried to get updates but were met with aggression and disrespect. When a spare key fob was needed, Dave (the owner) demanded that I leave work immediately to deliver it and then contacted my mother (who is a senior) directly, demanding her location and sending someone to retrieve the key.<br><br>When the vehicle was ready, we were charged $336.74 but were not provided with a clear explanation of the repairs, an invoice, or a repair report. To make matters worse, we discovered damage to the front bumper that appeared to have occurred while the vehicle was in the shop's care. When we raised our concerns, Dave responded with more yelling, profanity, and threats to charge us more if we didn't leave.<br><br>No customer should be treated this way, especially a senior citizen. Due to the hostile conduct, lack of professionalism, lack of transparency, and damage to the vehicle, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I also recorded our interaction. I strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to read the other reviews before making a decision.

Great service. Dave is honest and straight forward. Workmanship is good and trustworthy.
