Let's face it, getting a new transmission sucks. Having said that, I am truly grateful to have been recommended to Diamond Transmission for a new transmission for my Dodge Grand Caravan minivan. The owner Julio is a genuinely good guy who made the process feel that much better. The work was done timely and properly the first time, and the van is running smoothly. All-in-all the price was fair, the workmanship was excellent and the customer service was A+. I highly and confidently recommend this place to anyone who needs a new transmission. Unbeatable service and honesty business especially in nowadays economy. I’m initially hesitating to send my car for transmission check until both of my trusted go to auto shop refer the same spot. The owner is truly amazing and honest. He thoroughly inspected my car and did not find any transmission issue. When I asked how much will that be ( usually any auto shop will charge for even just inspection, and he inspected my car during holiday season for more than one day), owner Julio said he didn’t fix anything so “ABSOLUTELY NOTHING”. He is an amazing business owner and operating his business by honesty and kindness. Highly recommended. P.S. if you have transmission issue of your car, mention diamond transmission to your auto shop who doesn’t fix transmission, I bet this will be their referral spot if based on honesty !

Car was in for 6 days for a simple clutch replacement, when I got it back ( 05 viper) was covered in rodent foot prints. Outside car, in car and engine bay. Power steering hoses are chewed up as well as radio no longer works. Radio literally says " check wiring , need service" my battery cover was also missing ( found it later ) owner Julio won't acknowledge anything and won't help. He also overcharged. Dealer would of been $300 cheaper. Horrible service and horrible experience, don't go here if u care about your vehicle.
