Nigel and George at AutoTrend are both amazing. They’ve been taking great care of my 2011 BMW 323i forever. I usually deal with Nigel, who is both the perfect consultant and mechanic ! He always look at my car’s needs, helps me prioritize each job’s order of importance and mandatory timelines, and makes the work recommendations to fit my budget. He does it with honesty and professionalism!<br><br>2 years ago, I went to BMW for a recall inspection, and they told me I needed to replace my brakes, and also perform further paid assessments to investigate a potential engine oil sweat / leak. Instead, I took my car to Nigel and he told me the brakes were still good and the engine oil sweat was something he could continue to monitor but no further investigation or work is necessary. This is the honesty and professionalism I’m talking about !<br><br>Last week, Nigel helped change my rear brakes (rotors, pads and sensor) and ground strap. With my budget in mind, he put in new aftermarket Textar Pro + disc rotors instead of OEM to help save a few bucks, while maintaining quality ! These rotors also have a coating that are better against rust. My old rotors were rusting because I only leisurely drive on weekends, and rusts builds up over the week. Now I don’t need to worry bout that.<br><br>Nigel - Huge thanks for always taking such awesome care of my car ! You always perform work on my car as if it’s your own car !!! Much appreciated!
