Kind and patience and helped alot with our car issue

My friend recommended GB Auto, l have being coming here for a few years now. I drive a BMW 330iX Drive. I like that staff are knowledgeable with this vehicle it makes a huge difference. I would recommend them without hesitation. They make scheduling easy and are usually able to take me right away or the next day. They are good at keeping me informed of the progress, parts need and the costs involved. No hidden cost or work done that was not called for. Great Job Team!!

Brought in my Range Rover to fix a clunking noise. Was told front shock was leaking and was likely the cause. $3500 later, no. It’s the control arm? No. Tie rod? No. $6,000 later and the issue is not resolved. Decided not to throw another $4000 dart at the steering rack. I found the shop manager to be rude as well when I inquired about why they couldn’t find the issue. Not only that, they charged me for the 4th inspection to verify why all of the other repairs didn’t solve the Maybe it’s just the make of my vehicle, but I didn’t find they had a good understanding of how to diagnose or work on it. The vehicle also sat there for almost 2 weeks with no updates or communication from them. I don’t mind paying a premium, but not for guys who don’t know about the vehicle they’re working on. I wouldn’t never go back to these guys.

Came in for car inspection and Paul and his guys did a great job. I would recommend them anytime. Also very good to deal with!!
