J-PRO AUTO SERVICE (MERCEDES-BENZ AUDI PORSCHE BMW LAND ROVER JAGUAR European auto Services

I have used J Pro Auto for the several years.
I find Jamal is always honest and provides great advice. He loves to solve problems and I truly believe he is fairly priced with great quality work

Highly recommend him

David

I was referred to Jamal and J-PRO by a friend in May of 2022 for my BMW 328i X-Drive and have been going to J-PRO ever since. Jamal and his crew are second to none and have kept my car in excellent running condition through their incredible knowledge, skill and expertise and their ability to implement practical and innovative solutions. My BMW has over 425,000 km’s and is still going strong as a result of J-PRO’s great work.

Last week I brought my wife’s Mercedes B-250 in for Jamal and his team to assess. That vehicle has over 427,000 km’s and the dealer where she brought her car in for maintenance couldn’t figure out why the cylinders were misfiring and concluded that the rear distribution assembly needed to be replaced at a cost of over $6,000. The dealer noted that the engine was fighting with the rear distribution assembly.

When I heard that I knew right away that I needed to get her vehicle to Jamal for his assessment. As a result, I called CAA for a tow from Durham Region to J-PRO.

After Jamal and his team dived into the problem they determined that the repair needed was a new fuel injector and rear distribution assembly oil change. With that practical and focused repair made my wife’s car is now up and running smoothly once again.

From now on all work on my wife’s B250 will be exclusively done by J-PRO.

I cannot recommend Jamal and his team enough, they are honest, professional and can repair anything at a fair and reasonable price. They are the best!

I have a vintage 1980s Mercedes. It's getting difficult to find someone local and competent to work on it. When I asked if they service these cars, Jamal replied "why not". The car now runs better than it has in my 10 years of ownership. Highly recommend!

Called to book service. Very rude. Lost a potential life time customer.

Since leaving my honest feedback owner has called and texted me threatening me. I never questioned their service or ability to fix cars. I just stated what others have also said about being rude on phone.

I would highly recommend Jamal to anyone needing a mechanic. From start to finish he and his team provide quality service, communicate effectively and are honest.
