Great service and staff! They are very accommodating.

Came here looking for an auto body damage quote and was told I wouldn’t even be able to get one for two weeks. They also don’t offer online quotes. You have to come in person so they can take photos and a video of the damage.<br><br>I had to take time off work just to come in for this, only to be told I would have to wait two weeks for a quote. Honestly, this was pretty shocking. Other shops I contacted, including larger CSN locations, were able to provide quotes much faster and with far less hassle.<br><br>It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received a quote or any response. Having to take time off work for an in-person visit just to start the quoting process, followed by more than a two-week wait with no update, is extremely inconvenient.<br><br>Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

The team here at CSN Avenue, was wonderful to work with. They are extremely efficient and perfectionists. The body shop is immaculate and they treat each and every customer with great respect. My advisor, Hassan, was very professional and kept me up-to-date on every step of the repair process.

I have used them twice and both times they were very diligent and kept high quality work.
