Great Service and very honest Guys, Thank you for your Sevice!!
Honest great people
Very honest. Drove my van and told me an alignment wont fix the drift I was having. Recommend another shop who could provide the appropriate service my van needs. I had my other cars aligned here in the past and was very pleased with the straight forward service and pricing.
This guy is a snake came for an alignment after replacing the ball joint and the toe is off it’s pulling he’s always saying it’s something something else . He says that it isn’t the alignment , which I know it’s an alignment issue and he still took 50 $ for just checking from me . Honestly wouldn’t trust it he also tried to take out the tie rod , noticed it was seized and refused to do it and gave up . Made another excuse like ….. don’t waist people’s time and money . Like yes I was aware about the issue that the alignment might not fix it but you could have at least tried to do the alignment not just give up and not do it .like I would rather go to the dealer at least they would do it and trust them to do it even if it paying more money . The end of the day customer is always right, refusing to do work . Like come on if you didn’t have time to do it just say . Really disappointed and took my money for just checking like hmmmmmm scratchy
I’ve been meaning to leave a review for this place but kept putting it off for to busy life. Took my parents’ car in couple of months back because my dad was complaining about the tires wearing out unevenly on one side and the steering wheel not sitting straight. My usual alignment shop was slammed, so I looked around and this place had solid ratings. Figured I’d give them a shot.

It’s a little Toyota Prius C. When I called to book, they said it’d be somewhere between $100 and $120. Of course it’s almost always the higher number, so I showed up ready to pay $120. Just for comparison, the place I normally go to does all four wheels for $80.

They handed me a printout and the car did feel a little better… but nowhere near where it should be. The way they talked to me after they were done left me uncomfortable to go back complaining. Even if I went back and complained, I honestly don’t think they would’ve fixed anything, so I’m just leaving this so other people can decide for themselves.

Also, they only spent about 10 minutes on the car, and the numbers on that paper weren’t even brought fully into spec. If you’re charging me $120, the least you can do is actually get the alignment right. The car still pulls to one side.

And just so we’re clear, this car is driven by the most careful, disciplined driver I know.
