Wow, just wow Via and Julian, at the Howard Park (Toronto) location wowed me. First of all, they are caring, kind, and compassionate listening to my situation (complicated) and non-judgemental. I asked to be able to see what the issues were and have discussion in regards to them. After thoroughly inspecting my van, Julian invited me to the bay, where my van was hoisted. He took me back to front. With the rest ok, our focus was on the front end suspension. Julian showed me where the control arm boots were damaged and needed replacing, along with the front right tie rod end. (Thanks goes to my ex-husband for teaching me the little bit I know about vehicle repairs). We discussed oil leaks from the engine and getting it shampooed to help alleviate the smell of burning oil. I highly recommend Via and Julian to help you get to the bottom of your automobile issues! They are truly customer service oriented. Thank You both!
