SSR AUTO SERVICE

Went for a quote on 2 front control arms, came in at 2x the average market value. Also tried to convince me I needed new front rotors. Nothing wrong with them. I declined the work, they tried to hound me for a $50 inspection fee. I think the folks at SSR should pay me a $50 misdirection fee.<br>Worth noting that my neighbour got his AC "fixed" by them 3 weeks ago, no longer working. Bravo, fellas!

I needed a last minute quick tire repair. They took me in right away, and repairs it. In and out within 20min. Excellent service and people. Would recommend any sort or repairs there. Best part, they are open 24/7!!!

I was very upset when took my husbands car to get it looked at as wheels wiggling. The told me needed new shocks and tires. $1860.00 cost. The said could do it same day so I gave go ahead. After paid and went to get car off parking on street noticed blocked in so asked them to move other car so could get my car out. While waiting for guy to come an employee came up to me and advised they didn’t have wheel alignment equipment so need to go somewhere else to get that done. Why wasn’t I told that when quoted work, when work approved, when work done, and when paid for work? I didn’t like driving car after all that work without wheel alignment done. Called and asked to speak to manager told they would call back. No call back and they don’t give me manager when call back. They also put cheap China unknown brand tires on my car, I wasn’t asked as would have preferred Michelin tires. Needless to say never going back there!
