I had an outstanding experience at Simply Tire yesterday for a full tire replacement and installation. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, care, and customer service truly exceeded my expectations.

The team was patient in answering all of my questions, reassuring throughout the process, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly and with attention to detail. The workmanship and overall experience were exemplary, and it was clear they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work.

It's not the 95% of the time when things go right that are worth writing about - it's the 5% of the time there's a hiccup. And let's face it, all businesses have these. Such was the case with my latest visit to Simply Tire - they've been my go-to for years and this is the first time I've had an issue. The problem? Their supplier provided 2 of my new tires with old date codes (5 years old). Joe was very apologetic and jumped on the issue, going all out at top priority, finding an alternate source, getting the replacement arranged and everything fixed to satisfaction. I'll continue coming back - thanks for the great service guys.

I seem to keep moving further away from this place, but I keep going back! Always happy with the price and service. I actually had an issue with the last set of tires I bought here and was gearing up for a battle - but to my pleasant surprise, they addressed my concerns instantly and without hesitation - even apologized! Customer service like this is just too rare these days.

I've been using them for years. Good selection of tires and rims at very competitive prices. Cheap and fast for changing winter/summer tires and usually easy to get a same day appointment. Way cheaper and easier than a dealership. And they won't mess up expensive or specialty wheels and tires like our friends at Canadian Tire often do.

We have been taking our BMWs to SimplyTire for over 12 years. Appointments are pre-arranged with timeslots that accommodate our schedules…in an out within an hour.

Their knowledge, service and pricing are outstanding. They collaborate on the best tire choice for your vehicle and driving styles. They take extreme care in mounting tires without damaging the rims and also employ road force balancing for better balancing precision. They continue to have very competitive pricing on both tires and rims. All of this is what brings us back time and again (though it is a 3 hour drive for us from our home).
