Had a really negative experience today at this dealership… Went to finalize for a new Toyota Sienna and everything was going well with the sales person. We began with looking at the XSE and moved to looking at the Limited trim even though it was much more expensive but it was in the colour we liked. When we came to talking about pricing, we noticed that they had already added some additional addons which we didn’t need but were still ok to pay for. The Toyota dealership fee which is supposed to be set at 999 was at 1699. Again which we chose to ignore. Again the price still made no sense as there was still over 5000 in extra charges that made no sense and we were trying to figure out with the sales person as she didn’t know either why the mat h was not adding up. So she decides to call the manager - Alfredo Veloz. This is where things take a real downturn hard. For a family, that left early from work and travelled over 50kms ready to confirm the car right then and there, he belittled and mocked us and said this is the price, I don’t need to explain, take it or leave it. Even if you go, this car in so much demand that it will be sold. His sheer arrogance left all of us speechless and we decided to walk away. Just because they have some slight leverage that the car is in demand, this is the attitude a manager of the dealership shows.<br><br>We were super frustrated through out the car ride back and I knew I had to write this experience in the “4.6 rated review”. When I tried tot find the name of the arrogant manager, I found his bio on the website which really had me chuckling. Here is what it states “ My approach has always been centered around CARE - Customers Are Really Everything. Building strong, long-lasting relationships has always been the foundation of my work, and I take pride in creating a welcoming, customer-focused experience for every guest.”<br><br>If a single word from this was written from him, he wouldn’t have behaved like that to us today. This is not our first car, we have purchased Toyotas, Honda, Hyundai, BMWs, Audis between the family over the past 2 decades and still own many of them. But never have we encountered such a manager. I just felt bad for the sales person as even she knew we were ready to close the deal and this guy ruined it.<br><br>Really disappointed and I hope the leadership at the dealership takes this matter seriously and ensures such experiences don’t happen again.

Brought my 9 month old working vehicle for service and received terrible service.<br>Delayed parts for 4 days and no one was willing to follow up. Didn’t provide a loaner. Lost 2 days of work. Never coming back to this dealership.
