Fantastic experience. We hit a couple pot holes on the way into Toronto.<br><br>Owner was honest, fair with pricing and took us in right away. We were on a time restriction as we had to check out of our Airbnb the next morning or pay $100/hr. I was with my son and dog, love that I brought them but with the vehicle in that state, I was very stressed to be stranded with my loved ones.<br><br>I really appreciate him fitting us in and making our vehicle safe to drive home so promptly. Glad I went here and would definitely trust our vehicle with them again.<br><br>Cheers!

Came to get an oil change and no one was at the front, finally someone came after 15 minutes and were extremely rude. Told me that they don’t have any time, and when I asked when the next available appointment was, they told me they don’t know and to come back tomorrow and try again. Was quite disheartening to receive such poor service

I had a simple fix to remove a piece of plastic shield under the front of my car that was hanging down scratching the ground. Just to cut that piece off and zip tie up the remains was overcharged. They didn't tell me the price and just grabbed my card out of my hand to tap it to pay which was very underhanded and alarming or sketchy. Most mechanics would do this simple plastic removal for free and he charged me $30 for it without even telling me the price. Also the guy was smoking a cigar while working and when driving my car into the garage and I don't like smoke smell to be in my car. The only thing good was the conveniently late time they are open but other than that they seem to not care about customer service and come off rude and unprofessional.

I've been going to this shop for close to 20 yrs.<br>I trust this place as they have never done me wrong. The owner is a no nonsense man but knows what he's doing.<br>This shop is my place.

Classic old school mechanics work here. They are reliable and try to help out whenever. They may come off as rude to others but I think they are actually very friendly.
