Bad service terriblely rude staff don't fix cars rite most the time

Dishonest and Unaccountable!<br><br>I had to take my car to CARSTAR after a fender-bender to have the bumper, grille, and emblem repaired/replaced. When I picked up the car after the first repair, I noticed the emblem was still the old, scratched one. When I called to ask why, I was told they ordered a replacement emblem, but it was likely returned accidentally when they sent back an aftermarket grille that didn't fit—yet they still tried to return the car to me with the scratched emblem anyway. Additionally, there were chips on the hood that were not there before the service, requiring the hood to be repainted.<br><br>I had to drop the car off a second time to fix these unaddressed issues. When I got the vehicle back, there was a massive crack across my windshield. CARSTAR completely denied any responsibility, leaving me stuck with the damage.<br><br>When I asked both the shop and my insurance company if any pre-repair photos showed a crack, both admitted that the photos taken before they serviced did not show the windshield damage you see in the pictures here.<br><br>I will never use this shop again and strongly advise others to take their vehicles elsewhere.
