Incredibly fast, incredibly kind, and incredible production. Another business left me hanging with a very important order, and Conway Customs really stepped up to help out in a matter of mere hours, without any hesitation. Really really thankful for the work they’ve done and I definitely will continue to go to them for more business. They've truly helped bring my ideas to reality and helped kickstart my own small business!

THEY DO GOOD WORK GOBLESS

So I wasn't going to write this review but after another bad experience today I was motivated to do a write up of my experience.

First off I'll start by disclosing some information that I learned after getting work done at conway customz. This may be helpful if you're considering them for window tinting especially.

1: The bar they set for a "good" tint job is pretty terrible. They need to mess up on 10% or more of your window before they will redo it. That's pitiful and an indication of their skill level.

2: They don't warranty "illegal" tints. So they'll agree to do the job, they will take your money, but if they screw it up then it's too bad because at that point they've developed a moral code. A professional should stand behind any job they do. Not look for any excuse to get out of warranty work.

I had them tint 5 windows in my vehicle, all of them have dozens of particles between the film and the glass. I've had professional tints before and the work performed by conways customz is not in the same league. They charge professional rates but do backyard quality work.

Scott told me to bring my vehicle back and he would redo one of the rear windows which was especially terrible. I arrived at 9am which is the time their google profile says they open and he was working on another vehicle. I was told I'd have to drop the car off for the day to get one window done as they open at 8am and he was already working on something. I asked why their google profile says they open at 9am and they replied they couldn't figure out how to change it. Which is odd because they're probably going to respond to this review... Regardless, I don't have enough faith in their ability to do a decent tint to burn an entire day leaving the car there.

I also had them do a 700 dollar 3 year ceramic coat on the car. I spoke with 2 people on the phone and confirmed they buff out and polish scratches before applying the ceramic coating. Given what you've read so far I'm sure you can see where this is going.... The car had micro scratches in the clear coat before they did the ceramic coating and it had micro scratches in the clear after they did the coating which are now locked in there. The car looks great when it's overcast though. Terrible if the sun happens to be out.

So yeah, overall a pretty bad experience. Hopefully this review is helpful to someone that's considering going here. I should have read the reviews myself, I would have went elsewhere.
