very Bad experience Racist guy..
my car just had a starter problem he told me to replace the alternator too.. i gave them brand new starter and he refused to put it on because i did not gave alternator i also ask him to put the alternator off because one of my friend told me to rebuild it if something went wrong it saves my money..
then he refused to fix my car and give my keys back..
i went to another shop literally they guys fix my car just putting starter on it..
The guy have very agressive behaviour..
Highly recommend not to visit there if you guys really wants to save your money..

The customer service has not been their strongest point. Communication is often poor, and the interactions can feel cold, rushed, and dismissive. On more than one occasion, I felt that my concerns were not properly listened to or catered to.

I also left with the impression that there may be preferential treatment depending on the customer. In my experience, if you are local or fit the profile of customer they are more comfortable with, you may have a better experience. However, as someone with a different skin colour, I did not feel I was treated with the same level of respect, patience, or courtesy that others might receive. Whether intentional or not, that was my experience, and it made me feel unwelcome and dismissed.

If your main priority is simply getting your vehicle fixed, they may still be a decent option. However, if you value respectful communication, patience, and a welcoming customer experience, this may not be the place for you especially if you are a non local....Autoworld truro is amazing!
