This is the worst thing that could have happened. I left the car for a certain amount of time to have the wheel alignment done and the ball joints replaced. He provided all the parts. Everything was recorded.
After they told me the car was ready, upon arrival, they quoted me $400. That only included replacing the ball joints I provided. The wheel alignment was not done. They told me they didn't know about it. Someone else was taking the order. I asked for the manager, but they said he was on vacation. I left the car for another day. To finish the repairs. In total, I spent $550. For a job that could have been done in two hours. I also lost two days. And most importantly, I missed the meeting. And I lost about $5,000, which...It should have worked.
