Bought 4 tires from Truro CT (motomaster Eliminator AT tires) for my 23’ RAM 1500 and booked an installation. They broke two of my TPMS sensors, and ONLY told me they broke one. They replaced the “one” they broke (actually replaced two in attempt to cover it up) with the cheapest sensors they could find. These sensors are the size of toonies, and would not pair to the truck. I returned the truck to them TWICE to fix this problem, only for the guy to tell me “not sure why they won’t pair bud, but hey I know when my tire pressure is low”. Laughable. Ended up taking the truck to the dealership and they confirmed both sensors (which CT replaced) were aftermarket and not compatible, and showed me said sensors compared to a true mopar OEM one. $300 extra down the drain because of atrocious and dishonest customer service.<br>I have all the paper work stating Canadian tire only broke and replaced ONE sensor during this installation, yet two had been changed? I will never return. STAY AWAY FROM TRURO CANADIAN TIRE SERVICES!!!!
