Booked an appointment on Monday for Thursday morning showed up on time and was told they mustn’t have wrote it down could I come back the next day and this after driving 2 hours. They didn’t care and showed no remorse. Terrible business conduct.

Awful service with customer! I’v booked an appointment for one of my coworker at 8:00 in the morning, moreover I asked them what time is best for them, so they told me at 8:00 am. When he arrived they told me that that cannot take the car for one mo 1 hour. After short conversation with the shop they told me that they have a problem with previous car, so that was their excuse.
I understand everything, but! First of all, this company should check vocabulary and find the word SORRY! Moreover star to use this word. Secondly, they definitely know in evening before 8:00 am of next day that could be some delay with appointment, so why not give some notice about this…?
In conclusion I can say that if you build your schedule for the day, make arrangements with this company will be big mistake. Can’t rely on them.
After this rude and unprofessional conversation with rsi spring I called Orillia Spring Service Inc, explained all my situation with scheduling, they totally understood everything and make an appointment at the same day. That what means customer service! You just need talk with your customer and be more flexible!
