Thank you so much for taking the time to help me look through my car. Even though we didn’t find it at the time, I really appreciate your kindness and effort. It meant a lot that you took my concern seriously and genuinely tried to help.

I chose this detailer, even though his price was higher than others. because he quoted 3–4 hours and assured me he would thoroughly take care of the mold, Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. He was supposed to fit me in at 4:00 PM then 5 pm. And then he eventually came at 7:00 PM . .Despite his reassurances that he would have enough time, he did a complete rush job and was done in barely 2 hours. He completely skipped the sunroof, missed multiple areas, like the arm rests and left streaks.i repeatedly asked him to return and finish. He finally met up with me just to make excuses. He claimed cleaning the sunroof was a "liability" (which is false) and just did a surface wipe, saying you can't get rid of those stains.<br>He later offered a partial refund if I agreed to take down my negative review. I agreed so I could use the money to finish the detail. , but he never sent the refund.
