He was honest in letting me know that Audi would most likely cover it. He even shared some deep thoughts and healing words when he learned how stressed I was with this whole ordeal! LOL! I had to leave town, so I left my car with him. When I returned, the shop was closed, but Steven took time out of his day to meet me so that I can retrieve my vehicle!
