We recently had our vehicle ceramic coated by Nav at Rain City Auto and couldn’t be happier with the experience.<br><br>From the beginning, Nav was professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. He provided a very reasonable quote and, importantly, honored the price exactly as discussed with no surprises.<br><br>The quality of the work was excellent. The ceramic coating was applied with great attention to detail, and it was clear that Nav takes pride in doing the job properly rather than rushing through it. The vehicle looked fantastic when we picked it up.<br><br>Overall, we were extremely satisfied with both the service and the workmanship. I don’t usually like to write bad reviews but navreet is not to be trusted with a nice vehicle. I took my vehicle to him on Sunday to get a tint done and during the process I watched him drop my passenger side door panel with the wires attached and heard various loud banging on panels. I try to give people space to work hence I didn’t say anything.<br><br>He traces his tint on the outside of the vehicle and cuts it with a knife and during that process he scratched my paint under the rear window. I pointed that out to him after he was done and he just denied it saying it wasn’t him . ( car was brand new)<br><br>The tint job already took longer than the quoted 2h so I was in a rush to get out of there since I had an appointment after.<br><br>Later that day I saw my drivers side door trim panel sticking out and i took pictures to send to him since I noticed the clip was broken on it. I then called him and explained the situation and he said he’d fix it .After that phone call navreet has been ignoring calls and texts and I’ve been told he closed up shop and got outta dodge…<br><br>Completely unprofessional and inexperienced in my opinion be weary of him and his business if you choose to go there.
