Mr. Lube + Tires

This was my fist time EVER getting an oil change. As a 22 yo girl I was a bit really sure what to expect. They explained everything simply and provided a great speedy service! Will be going back for sure!

Was looking for a place for an oil change. Started reading the reveiws and chose to find another place. The upselling and mistakes the place has made in the past was enough to see that I do not want to go to this place.

Took 3 guys to put my license plate number into their tablet all the while joking and playing with my bicycle on the back of my vehicle. Took them almost 30 minutes just to get started on the oil change. I know something is wrong immediately when they’re using an impact wrench taking my factory skid plates off which is completely unnecessary on my vehicle.

Then they overfill my engine with oil by about 2 litres as I get out of my vehicle to see what’s going on I watch them cover my engine compartment with excess oil gushing everywhere. $170 to watch them dumping good oil on the ground and trashing my car. I’m honestly scared to drive the vehicle and thinking about getting an oil change again tomorrow just to double check. These guys think trashing peoples vehicles and personal belongings is a big joke. They definitely don’t have their minds on oil changes. Beware of these scam artists.

Great service for Oil Change

Steven was really helpful and even did a curtesy check on the differential fluids that I didn’t ask for. And he patently explained a lot of car concepts to me while servicing my AMG cabriolet. I’ve called multiple places and decided here due to Steven’s impeccable communication and expertise. He changed the Mercedes grade oil for just 250$ and then engine flush for 240$. Total came to 495. Would come here again in the future if Steven is still working here.
