I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this incredible shop, because they truly deserve the recognition. Being new to the area, I was hesitant and nervous about where to bring my car—especially after dealing with such a stressful and scary situation.

From the moment I arrived, these gentlemen made everything feel more manageable. They took my car in on very short notice and worked efficiently to get it repaired in time for me to make it home to my kids, which meant more to me than I can express.

Throughout the entire process, they were honest, transparent, and kept me informed every step of the way. While car repairs are never cheap, I genuinely feel the price was fair—and likely much better than what I might have faced elsewhere.

On top of that, the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming while I waited, which made a difficult day a lot easier.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable auto shop, I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs.

I was looking for a mechanic close to my house. I saw all the 5-star reviews for West Vaughan Auto so I gave them a try. I was not disappointed! What a great place! They explain everything so that a lay person can understand. They give you options. The prices are fair. Such nice guys too! My son goes there now as well. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I just took my car with noise coming from wheel without appointment They diagnose the problem correctly and fixed on the same day. Also the price was very reasonable. 10/10

I'd give 0 for customer sevice and talking to a lady the way this mechanic did. You don't freak out on someone who has 0 knowledge about cars. You don't freak out on someone who said will come in the morning at certain time and for whatever reason they couldn't. Work on your customer service and then your job. You don't turn away a client either when they need an emergency tire puncture repair. Overall terrible experience and definitely not going back to this place. Good luck with your crappy attitude
