Zero star. I called to ask about oil change service price. Reaction was very cold. He does not want to provide any information over the phone and refused to answer. Advised me not to shop around. answer was not in the professional way.

So I went there and said let me try these guys out. Needed my breaks to be checked out.
Hilton and his son in law, said I needed all 4 breaks done, pads and routers. Charged $1300
I said damn that’s a bit pricey and left
Long story short took it to another mechanic
Front ones was still in good drivable condition, but back needed to be done, their cost $400
Money grab.

We have been bringing both cars to them over the years and couldn’t be happier with the results, whether it’s a small thing like a tire change or a major one like a repair of the car body. About six months ago, I had to go get a new alternator on top of bullshit claims that my axe needs to get fixed and I drive out less than a kilometre and my fan Belt brakes when they replaced the alternator with a new one they don’t bother fixing or changing the old fan belt. They try to charge me money for fixing something that should not have even been an issue before. . They used to be my family’s mechanic and everybody them as a mechanic in my family have left because of pricing bullshit claims and just horrible service by Hilton. I will never go back to this place if you value your car because they will just use broken parts to fix your car, I highly suggest going elsewhere if you value your car
