Happy then a bit disappointed. CK Motors is very clean and well organized. The team is very friendly and I felt very comfortable with their setup. They literally brought me into the shop and showed me the issues with my vehicle. The ambiance is great but they messed up one or two things:

1. I had to show the technician the leaking oil from the pump cover, as he was busy explaining the leaking oil from the transmission.

2. After visually seeing the breakdown of the $3600 job on their tablet in the office, I was not provided the same breakdown on paper. Instead, I was told by CK himself that it’s the shop’s policy after someone declines a job only to provide the total cost. That to me isn’t fair because I wanted to talk it over with my partner, which now I can’t because I no longer have a breakdown of the costs.

Overall: very clean, very nice people but if you get a similar breakdown provided and decide to decline, take a photo of the breakdown of the costs.

I scheduled a maintenance appointment for the summer season with CK MOTORS. Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy. The CK Motors staff constantly kept me in the loop about the issues my car had and provided me with pictures of what needed to be fixed and a detailed write up of why it needs to be fixed. The cost was higher than I expected but all the issues I was experiencing with my car are fixed and my car is running smoothly again so it’s worth it. Thanks CK Motors

CK is a great shop.
Very through inspections conducted, with both pictures to review, and even a physical inspection if you’re present while the inspection is being conducted. You are provided very clear information on the findings, and given a clear opportunity to accept and/or decline which services you wish to have completed. Very transparent, concise - and CK himself is fantastic to deal with.
