Luber Express Oil Change & Tires

I purchased my tires here during the winter and was very satisfied with both the product and the service at the time.

However, my recent experience has completely changed my opinion. My wife called on Saturday to inquire about a tire change and was quoted $140 + tax. Today, I called to confirm whether I needed an appointment and to verify the price, and I was told $150 + tax. When I arrived at the shop, I was then told the price was $160 + tax.

It is extremely disappointing to receive three different prices for the exact same service within just a few days. I have no idea what criteria are being used to determine pricing or why the price seems to change depending on who is asking.

Consistent and transparent pricing is a basic expectation for any business. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and misled.

Very disappointing customer service.

Always a great experience getting my oil changed or tires swapped. Low wait times. Incredible service. I always go here because it’s fast and convenient.
