The most seamless and pleasant experience I’ve ever had at an Oil Change. My mechanic Rajee was kind and explained everything that was changed. My air filter was busted from being parked under a tree, he showed it to me before recommending a replacement. No upselling. Honest work. 10/10.

I was leaving four points hotel yesterday with my 2 year old son. I have severe back pain so I couldn't go to the gas station to get air for my tire. I was driving by and saw "Gray" I told him my situation and he directed me where to enter so he can take care of the situation for me. He checked all for tires to ensure they was ok. Even though I only wanted air in one. He ensure everything was OK before leaving safety wise. He then went on to explain the importance of have the right amount of air in each tire. I use to put air in any tire until I feel it's ok 🤷🏽‍♀️ lol never doing that again ill seek a professional each time. Thank you so much Gray you've been a great help to me and my son I really appreciate you.

Decided to give this company (through a referral) a try after a horrible experience at Mr.Lube, and it did not disappoint! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know and will definitely be back.

Great Canadian Oil Change as a company is generally good. I appreciate the convenience of getting a quick oil change while staying in the vehicle. However, this particular location was significantly more expensive than other Great Canadian Oil Change locations I have visited.

I have been to locations in both Mississauga and Brampton, and when I showed my previous receipts and asked why the oil change cost was higher here, the staff could not provide a clear explanation. In addition, the other locations cleaned my windshield as part of the service, whereas this location did not. At previous locations, staff were also willing to clean my engine air filter upon request. Here, I was told that cleaning the air filter was a health and safety issue and that they could not do it.

What concerned me most was a comment made by one of the mechanics. He claimed that other Great Canadian Oil Change locations do not use genuine oil and implied that they use "fake" oil, while this location is more honest, which supposedly justifies the higher pricing. I found this statement very troubling.

If there is any truth to what was said, then it is something that Great Canadian Oil Change corporate should investigate immediately. On the other hand, if the statement is untrue, it is inappropriate and unfair to make such accusations about other locations within the same company.

I do not mind paying a higher price if there is a legitimate reason for it. Perhaps this location simply has higher operating costs or different pricing. However, after hearing those comments, I am left with an important question: Are all locations using the same genuine products and standards? Did I just destroy my car by bring my business to GCOC.
